FACILITY USE AGREEMENT
I understand that the game of tennis involves some risk of physical injury and I agree to fully assume that risk in connection with my playing tennis at Rhinebeck Tennis Club,LLC.
I further agree that if I am injured while playing tennis at RTC, I will not seek to hold RTC,LLC  responsible for said injuries.

COURT RENTAL AND LESSON POLICIES:​

• 14 DAYS ADVANCED BOOKINGS

• MAKEUPS ARE OFFERED FOR CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED BEFORE 72 HOURS OF SCHEDULED BOOKING 

• MAKEUPS ARE NOT OFFERED FOR CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED AFTER 72 HOURS OF SCHEDULED BOOKING

• REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED
