JUNIOR TENNIS FITNESS CLASS


Level 4 - 5 · Tennis Fitness · Middle School 
This program will improve overall tennis fitness. Athletes are trained in a variety of exercises that improve agility, accuracy, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power, stamina, speed, and strength

Level 6 - 8 · Tennis Fitness · High School 
Players at this level compete against each other in a variety of tennis specific exercises.   Athletes will compete in the “workout of the day” which will inspire them to reach new athletic heights.

This program will improve:
Agility, Accuracy, Balance, Coordination, Endurance,
Flexibility, Power, Stamina, Speed, Strength

Circuit Training to Develop All-Around Fitness for ages 10 - 18

State of the Art Equipment Includes:
Agility Ladders, Medicine Balls, Kettle Bells, Swiss Balls, Utility Boxes,
Jump Ropes, Olympic Size Bar, Dumbbells etc.
